Garlic Sesame Lo Mein with Stir-Fried Veggies



Ingredients:

  • 8 oz spaghetti or lo mein noodles

  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

  • 1 tsp sesame oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup frozen stir-fry vegetables

  • 1 tsp vegetable oil

  • Optional: sesame seeds, chili flakes

Instructions:
Boil noodles according to package and drain.
Sauté garlic in oil, add vegetables, and stir-fry until tender.

Instructions:

Instructions:
Sauté garlic in oil, add green beans, and stir-fry until tender.
Add soy sauce and pepper flakes.
Serve over jasmine rice.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp sugar

  • 1 tbsp vinegar

  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  • 1 tsp chili sauce

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch

  • Oil for frying

Instructions:
Coat chicken in cornstarch and fry until golden.
Simmer soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, ketchup, and chili sauce.
Toss chicken in sauce and serve hot.


Egg Drop Soup with Corn & Scallions





Ingredients:

  • 4 cups chicken broth

  • 2 eggs, beaten

  • 1/2 cup corn

  • 2 scallions, chopped

  • 1 tbsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
Bring broth and corn to a boil.
Add cornstarch slurry to thicken.
