 1. Vegetable Platter with Dip



Ingredients:
2 cups baby carrots
2 cups celery sticks
1 cup cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup broccoli florets
1 cup ranch dip or hummus

Instructions:
Wash and prep all vegetables. Arrange on a platter in sections, with the ranch dip or hummus in the center.

8 oz cheddar cheese
8 oz mozzarella cheese
