 1. Spicy Creamy Mac & Cheese



Ingredients:

  • 16 oz elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese (shredded)
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large pot, heat heavy cream and milk over medium heat. Gradually whisk in cheeses until melted and smooth.
