Loaded Hummus
Ingredients:
2 cups hummus (store-bought or homemade)
1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup cucumber, diced
1/4 cup olives, sliced
1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions:
Spread the hummus evenly on a serving plate.
Top with chicken, tomatoes, cucumber, olives, and feta.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and serve with pita bread or veggie sticks.
