Snowman Pancakes
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1¼ cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp sugar
Powdered sugar for decoration
Instructions:
Prepare batter and cook pancakes in snowman-shaped molds, or pipe designs onto the skillet.
Dust with powdered sugar for a frosty look.
Bacon for the Snowman's scarf, chocolate chips for the eyes, and mini Reese's pieces for the nose and buttons. And the Snowman is sitting in mini marshmallows.
Christmas Tree Pancakes
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1¼ cups milk
1 egg
Green food coloring
Sprinkles and powdered sugar for decorating
Instructions:
Add green food coloring to pancake batter. Cook pancakes in various sizes.
Stack largest to smallest to form a tree. Decorate with sprinkles and powdered sugar.
Gingerbread Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
1¼ cups milk
¼ cup molasses
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients in one bowl and wet ingredients in another.
Combine and stir until smooth.
Cook on a greased skillet over medium heat until bubbles form; flip and cook until golden.
Serve with molasses syrup or cream cheese glaze.
Hot Chocolate Pancakes
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
¼ cup cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
1¼ cups milk
1 egg
¼ cup sugar
Mini marshmallows for topping
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk milk and egg together.
Combine and cook on a skillet over medium heat.
Top with marshmallows and chocolate syrup.
Apple Cinnamon Pancakes
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 cup grated apple
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients. Stir in milk, egg, and grated apple.
Cook pancakes over medium heat until bubbles form; flip and cook until done.
Top with maple syrup and apple slices.
Caramel Apple Pancakes
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp cinnamon
½ tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tbsp melted butter
1 cup diced apples
Caramel sauce for topping
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix milk, egg, and butter in another bowl.
Fold in diced apples. Cook pancakes over medium heat until golden.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and serve warm.
Red Velvet Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1⁄4 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1½ cups buttermilk
1 egg
2 tbsp red food coloring
2 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Combine dry ingredients. Mix buttermilk, egg, food coloring, and butter.
Combine wet and dry mixtures. Stir gently.
Cook pancakes on medium heat, flipping when bubbles form.
Serve with cream cheese frosting.
Eggnog Pancakes
Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp nutmeg
½ tsp cinnamon
1¼ cups eggnog
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. Whisk eggnog, egg, and butter in a separate bowl.
Combine and stir until just mixed.
Cook on a skillet over medium heat. Flip when bubbles form.
Top with whipped cream and nutmeg.
Cranberry Orange Pancakes
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
Zest of 1 orange
¾ cup fresh cranberries, chopped
1½ cups milk
1 egg
3 tbsp melted butter
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients, orange zest, and cranberries. Combine milk, egg, and butter.
Mix until smooth. Cook over medium heat until golden.
Serve with orange syrup.
Pecan Pie Pancakes
Ingredients:
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ cup chopped pecans
1¼ cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp melted butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Mix dry ingredients. Add milk, egg, and melted butter.
Fold in pecans. Cook on medium heat until golden.
Drizzle with caramel sauce and more pecans.
